We can arrange for our merchandise to be shipped to most international destinations, and they can be sent to-door or to-port.
We normally use courier service (Fedex or DHL or Speedpost) to ship small items (e.g. containers, baskets, boxes, statues etc.).
For large items (which will be for most furniture), they will be professionally packed, crated and sent by sea freight.
Shipping rates, fees and lead time depends on the volume/weight, value of goods and destination country.
Preparation of export documentation can sometimes cause delays but we will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.International deliveries do not include customs and clearance fees, duties & taxes, quarantine and fumigation fees which are payable by the customer prior to delivery. Failure to make payment will result in delays (of which Dynamic Antique cannot be held responsible) and possibly incur further warehousing costs. Each country has their own percentage rate for duties and taxes, and this information can be found at your local customs office. You as the customer are solely responsible for paying these fees.
Full payment for purchased items and freight cost must be received before the items will be dispatched. At the moment, we only accept payment via telegraphic transfers for international deliveries.
